"Zarqawi's third death sentence"
Abu Musab al-Zarqawi, one of the leaders of the Iraqi insurgency, was sentenced to death yesterday - for the third time - by a court in Jordan for his part in plotting chemical attacks.Zarqawi, 40, who was born in Jordan, was sentenced in his absence. He has already been sentenced to death twice by Jordanian courts, once for planning the murder of a US aid worker in Amman, and for planning a suicide car bomb attack on the Iraqi-Jordanian border in 2004.
