"self-effacing" whites

a big thing that many "white" people run into when starting to try to see things from the perspective of a black self-determinationist is the cry from other whites that they suffer from guilt, that they hate themselves, etc. I feel this is speaking more to the voice within these accusers of their attachements to the concept of whiteness. They do not feel that they can detach themselves from the illusion and thus keep identifying with it and defending it. Some(especially in the context of Rastafari) do this all while hypocritically holding onto this "one love" ideal that "sees no color" yet continue to defend the "white" perspective from the onslaught of black self-determination.

the scales are not equal and those in the heavy end do not want to jump out for fear of losing their place. ma-at does not work like that - IMO if ones were trully interested in the pre-cepts of love and know thyself, they would be interested in working towards the principles and reality rather than hiding behind platitudes and symbols!
